The aim of The VIP experience is to give you and your team  the  tools needed to confidently assist and interact with a visually impaired person in your work place. The experience consists of  practical exercises, such as sighted guide training and using a long cane  and simulation glasses,   putting the attendees in a VIP’s shoes to see the world through their eyes. As well as helpful tips and tricks that we will workshop through role play, group discussions  and Q&A. At the end of this fun yet informative masterclass  you and your staff members will leave feeling confident and empowered with the knowledge that they are equipped  to safely, respectfully and comfortably support a visually impaired customer, giving you and your client  the true VIP experience from your accessible and  inclusive  business.
