Sometimes you hear a voice that just stops you in your steps. Such a voice belongs to Taylor Notcutt, who formed Pixie and The Gypsies in 2015.

Their album Honey Trap, released August 2018, topped the UK iTunes jazz charts, and is the band's first release of original music. Their second album Caught In The Rain is released in June 2020 appeared in the Top 100 Pop Albums.

The band regularly performs sold-out shows at The Spice Of Life, Pizza Express Jazz Club Soho and Upstairs @ Ronnie Scott's, and they have featured at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Rye International Jazz & Blues Festival and the Cork Jazz Festival.

The evening was brilliant from all aspects... the music was totally involving, presented and performed at a high level, to a full house. A definite highlight in this year's musical calendar! ~ Paul Pace, Spice Of Life Jazz
